A creative course specially designed for people experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
The course will be based around the Five Ways to Wellbeing; using art to help you Connect, Learn, Take Notice, Give and Be Active.
If you face mental health challenges, enjoy art and creative activities and are keen to improve your wellbeing, this course could be for you.
Monday afternoons, 1.30pm - 3.30pm. Booking essential.
